    Very good, I made a special order with him for a 'harvest wheatsheaf' complete with some lettering for a special celebration at a disused mill near hear. The baker was courteous, helpful and made sure he knew what I wanted, we agreed a price and the bread was ready on time and exactly to the required specification and price. If you want celebration bread or cakes, he is the man to ask
